Larry Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez has over 30 years experience in the power, renewable energy, engineering, and healthcare fields. Early in his career he was involved in the design and construction of various power utility projects. He was responsible for R&D at a major Florida utility, developing projects in coal-oil mixtures, solar energy, biogas repowering, ultrasonics effects on heat transfer processes, advanced battery systems, transformer heat recovery process, and a fluidized bed retrofit study.

Mr. Rodriguez was also involved with development of coal/sludge mixtures, development of coal liquid mixtures, development of process for recovery of minerals from fly ash, and coal to acetylene process development.

As part of this body of work Mr. Rodriguez obtained a number of patents in the heat recovery, minerals recovery, and coal-water technology. He was responsible for technology development and deployment for an energy development company and is currently responsible for all design and construction projects for a major healthcare system. Additionally he is a Cum Laude BSEE graduate from the University of Florida. Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the Power Engineering Society, and the International Cogeneration Society.
